By using MedTalk AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set out.

Audio Recording & Data Storage

By using the MedTalk AI Ambient Scribe feature, you consent to the recording, processing, and transcription of consultations for the purpose of generating clinical notes and summaries.

Audio recordings ("Audio Files") are securely stored by MedTalk AI for a period of 24 hours, after which they are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Transcriptions generated from Audio Files are retained until deleted by the healthcare provider, or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

MedTalk AI reserves the right to use Audio Recordings and transcripts solely for the purpose of improving MedTalk AI's performance and the development of new features and product-related purposes. MedTalk AI does not share Audio Files or transcripts with third parties.

Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining informed consent from patients prior to recording any consultation using the MedTalk AI Ambient Scribe feature.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court.
